same error but i managed to start the game in this way, open launcher then go to game directory and start the game from d2r.exe not the launcher. exe

I cannot delete my character. A message display says that he would be blocked at the moment and cannot be deleted.

The game could not be created. European server.
How do I disable colur blind support? I accidentally selected it when the game started and now I cannot disable it. There is no option in game. I guess there is a configuration file I need to delete?
