They stop the servar again? i gues i dont see anywhere any announce like i see in WOW to let ppl know when you shut down the servar to have time to log out before we lose any items again

hallo Blizzard-Support: Why does blizzard not give us users any information about the servers. The game costs at least 40 euros and you cannot play it. The servers are down every weekend. The only tip in the forum (try again and again) what a shit

Dear Blizzard support PLEASE HELP ME!!!
The first thing when i play with my friend we took 2 high runes Ohm and Sur After shutdown servers i lost my Sur rune, please check logs of my account and return my rune back. In the second shutdown server we go to the uber and we cant kill uber couse servers down. And i don’t get back organ set.

we working adults look forward to the limited amount of time we have to unwind and play games, we paid money and expect to be able to unwind and play whenever we want, which is usually during weekends.
how do you think everyone feels when we work all week and look forward to play diablo 2 on the weekends only to encounter all these issues that make the game unplayable. if this goes on diablo will be dead. it has happened in the past and is happening again.

100% D2R was my last Blizzard purchase in a LONG time. And definitely not going to be a day one adopter of D4 (if ever).

After server mentenance my characters desapear.Sorc lvl 77 and Paladin lvl 14

They fired to many community managers, there is no one left who could ban here.
Same goes for the server management team. Looks like profit maximization backfires hard now!
I’m beginning to wonder if the crashes are caused by duping attempts. This would explain the server rollback. Also the fact that we are 3 weeks from the initial launching stress. If this is the case, transparency would be the best option, the community could even potentially help with the issue. At least we will know that it’s not just poor infrastructure and lack of efford.

Blizzard… By condencenting you customer base due to the fact “some” accidentally deleted their characters is…i have no words… Too many people dont see their characters so stop calling your costumers idiots.
You are a multi bilion company and Should be able to fix the server issues within 30 min, but you have had 4-5 major server issues in 48 hours, wtf is your problem Blizzard?!
