I was grinding all day on PS4 and finally got primal wand to drop after clearing GR113 for the first time. went to reroll one of the stats -game crashed :)lost that wand and the rest of the gear that was in my inventory. I checked the leaderboards - it did show that i have completed it… re ran it but didn’t get it to drop again… devastated - not sure i want to play this anymore… anyone have any suggestions?
Data is stored locally on the console.
Perhaps the data was corrupted during the crash. Or you haven’t saved the data to save file.
Console relies on backup of save file for recovery. If you haven’t made any backup, the loss is permanent.
