why anyone cares anyways?
I mean it is not like the game play is new or something, if you want to play d2 you can do it at any time, just in old graphics.
If I would get alpha/beta or whatever I wouldn’t even care and I was pretty hardcore in d2 back in the days.
In alpha I wouldn’t have any motivation to play more than an hour or so because you have no goals as you cannot play the actual game (farming/trading/leveling/building)
you are limted to duriel and thats about it, normally people rush through all of that in the real game
