I bought D3 on my Nintendo Switch a day ago, leveled a toon on normal to 70, created a toon for this season, and logged into her. After, I logged out; did the challenge Rift and completed it within the time set for this.
Now on PC i am aware that we’re getting a Mail for this cache, but on Switch you’re supposed to click that cache thing next to the Rift Stone, however; I cannot claim anything, there’s nothing in my inventory and I can’t find it in the mailbox either. I checked all 3 off my characters and none of them were able to collect the cache. Which, is a shame, I’d like to particpate in this season but without those extra matts it’ll be hard to catch up.
Anyone out there with the same issue? If yes, did you manage to solve it?
