D3 Flawless Royal Emerald

Despite being level 12 in jewel crafting I do not have the Flawless Royal Emerald appearing in my crafting list. I suppose this is a bug since all the other gems I do have the Flawless Royal level available.

I am doing bounties bounties bounties but no Recipe seems to want to drop for this gem.

Its not the Show and All option either and I do have Death Breaths.

This is not a bug.

The patterns for Royal and Flawless Royal gems are dropped from Bounty caches and/or Odious Collectors (a goblin type). If you do some bounty runs, you’ll get the patterns for them.
