Fast question about Wreath of Lightning

Does the hit from Wreath of Lightning gem proc the count for bane of stricken gem?
So i wear WoL gem and BoS gem.Wol procs from hits and starts hitting targets.
Now say it hits targets A,B,C.
Wol hits twice target A, then one time target B then one time target C.

Will target A get x% more damage from my other attacks due to bane of stricken counter on him going up?
If yes will it take X% more damage or 2X % more damage since it was hit twice by the lightning of wreath of lightning gem.

Also if yes.Will target B counter go up as well??if yes then obviously target C counter for bane of stricken goes up too.

I guess what i am trying to say is can i use wreath of lightning as a way to add faster bane of stricken stacks on targets so they take more damage from my other attacks ?

Even if the attacks from Wreath of Lightning are able to proc Bane of the Stricken, you’re not going to overcome BotS’s internal cooldown…

Rule of thumb is that unless the guardian fight is taking 2-4 minutes, you’re better off with a different gem as it’ll get you to the guardian quicker.
