Game crashing Cheng smiling

Game crashing to desktop at random intervals, did all that was recommended.
That’s not even my issue anymore. Just at the Rift Guardian it crashed again and what I see is Cheng smiling at me in the app… Can you guys make him stop? It’s extremely disturbing, thanks.

SAME! everytime i launch the game, it launched came out with a white screen and gone back to the desktop, i had did everything recommended, repair, reinstall, everything redownload back the game still the same thing happen! i need help!

Hi:

Are you using a Razer mouse and/or keyboard by any chance ?

If you do, try this:

  1. Go to the Documents folder.
  2. Select the Diablo III folder.
  3. Open the « D3prefs.txt » file using Notepad.
  4. Add or Edit the DisableChromaEffects line. The value should be 1, like so: DisableChromaEffects "1" (by default, the value is “0”)
  5. Save the file.
  6. Try launching Diablo III.
