I am unable to login

This is my issue:

  1. I was playing fine this morning, despite some lag issues.
  2. The was a power outage, and I exited Diablo 3 properly.
  3. When power was restored, I attempted to restart Diablo 3, but the Blizzard App will not login!
  4. So I thought maybe there was some kind of lockout or something, so I tried checking if my account has been blocked, but I received an error.
  5. The problem is not my internet connection, because it is working fine. How else could I have posted this technical support thread?
