Hello. When I press the PLAY button from the Blizzard application my screen turn gray and remain for 3-4 seconds and after this it returns in windows on the Blizzard application and with the PLAY button to press.
No error pop up in background.
Please help me to solve this issue.
If needed i can start a teamviewer session at the time we agree to do it. I’ve tryed everything that you have on the support page and still does not work.
PLEASE HELP ME PLAY THIS GAME AGAIN.

It’s difficult to diagnose an issue without any details of your computer… but what you describe resembles the issue seen by many users of either a Razer mouse or a Razer keyboard… or both . If you are using those, please see this topic:
