Hello, my wife just looted an item and while she was removing sockets from her old one the game got terminated the moment she was having her new one dragged. After logging back in she had her old (pants btw) equipped with the sockets back in and the new one was gone. Ticket service is entirely useless here since it basically just says “we’re a multi million dollar company that can afford 200mio bonuses but restoring a lost item where the loss is completely on our site is not possible”.
Her looting that item is still on our clan history btw.
