They essentially skipped it. The repeating cosmetics started from S5, we are now on S10 cosmetics.
There’s been numerous requests to bring S4 cosmetics back to the rotation but so far it hasn’t happened.
Shame. Well. Here’s a bump. I still want this portrait frame Blizzard. Only one I am missing.
