I joined a game as DH were I was 500 paragon higher than a bunch of fish-reg 1500 paragon wizards and they kicked me out in like 5 seconds.
Pls Blizzard protect us from square-narrow-eyed n00bs that abuse vote kick bcuz player aint wizard or support monk. At least give a newly connected player 2-3 minutes before they can be vote kicked so these idiot n00bs learn to chat before and try at least to check gear.
From now on I am starting a normal rift game as soon as I see that timer count down.
So, because three players indicate that they don’t want to play with you by voting you out, you’re going to deliberately screw over their GR group by opening a Nephalem Rift?
Well, acting like a jerk isn’t likely to change their minds and openly admitting on the forums that you’d do this isn’t going to win you any plaudits either.
You have to accept that if you choose to play a hero class that’s not part of the META then you may get removed from some public groups that aren’t interested in playing with you. The right way to combat that is to use your Friends list, Communities and Clans to find groups, not to screw over the public groups by acting like a jerk and making it impossible for them to do the content they queue’d up for.
So DH with 2.5 AS and 2% stricken can’t be BK? What I remembered last I cleared 120+ with both DH and Crusader as BK without any problem but if you want to faceroll then faceroll for all means.
Go ahead and check my seasonal heroes. You’ll find a BloodStorm Necro and a HC LoN HotA Barb. See if you can infer from those how much I care about the 4-man META.

I cleared 120+ with DH and crusader, the two classes u been ranting about being too weak, I agree with you maybe on that DH may be the weakest this season but not enough to be called weak 2 play, a mediocre at least. Stronger as BK since wizards should gem up as trash killers.
Another reason I dislike games open to the public.
some people can’t handle rejection at the door and take it personal.

You could be the world’s best geared DH and if the group you joined wants a support Monk they’d still kick you because it’s impossible for you to fulfil the role they want filled. Stop getting upset that META groups won’t accept non-META classes into them.
I have to agree with Meteorblade. If you play in public and the other players want you play with a meta build, then it is expected you play with a meta build. If you refuse and rather play with a build of own choosing, you’ll be removed.
In public games, in GRs especially, it is expected to follow meta. Getting upset for being vote kicked out when majority disagrees with you is daft.
If you want to push GRs with non-meta builds, I’d recommend searching for groups, communities and such with likeminded players. Public games are not a place for experimentation.
I used to team up back when the game was released but it’s definitely been a moment. As a solo player by choice that’s not interested in group meta, I’m sure I’ll get the same treatment but in the end of the day that’s more than expected and you shouldn’t take it personal.

All that is however irrelevant. In public games, GRs in particular, players are expected to follow the meta. If a player doesn’t do that, that player gets removed in favor for a meta player.
You broke the unwritten yet commonly known rules of public GRs and got removed from the game because of it. Moaning about it is immature.

Look at this threadtitle, I dont care if I joined with a set of maradeurs they did not even gearcheck,. I joined the game and the timer started to tick off, all I saw was 3 wizards with tons of paragon lower than me. I really dont know what meta is but I think I have better understanding for meta than you.
I will probably not be in Diablo 4 forums but remember me writing “I hate to say I told you so” when it is going to be impossible to join public games already at the first month of the release.
They had need for supp monk for sure. It’s simple. If you want to find games for you search via community. There are groups that accept DH as BK for gr 130+.
Searching groups for 4 man push/speed farm via public games is nightmare. Diablo does not have roles, you can’t choose diffculty, only t16 where you can play with 300 and 2k paragon players.
If they will not add good matchmaking in public games nothing will change and you will find good group once every 30 minutes or even once every hour.
Just look for groups in communities or accept possibility to be kicked.
