Hi : That hexadecimal code (7F08A57C-4404-436C-89C0-1F65E2C9C0E8) is only of use to Blizzard; it’s a kind of event ID… sometimes, they can look it up in their database and see what went wrong. It is not an error code or any meaningful code.

Do check each item, including the Advanced troubleshooting. The words in blue are links to additional information or procedures that may be useful to you.
If the issue persists after the troubleshooting, and if the Blizzard forum agents cannot decipher the crash cause from the event ID, then you should provide your system configuration files. They will be likely be too big for the forum; upload them to a cloud or to a website that will host text files (such as https://pastebin.com/). Then provide the link here so we can review the files.
