ok, i resolved the issue
my battlnet app was not updating diablo3
so i tried repairing the install which triggered the update

When i try to repair/update diablo, client freezes and not responding anymore… what about that 
?
I had a similar issue aswell ( update couldn’t finish ) I tried many things but it finally worked this is what I tried :
- closed battlenet and wait for process to close in task manager than retry
-restart pc - close firewall or any third party app that can block connections.
I would do all of the above, so restart, close third party apps and launch battlenet… good luck
Still same… just cannot update diablo… it is stuck on start
