When is season 34 over i want to get back in after a few years of not playing and it seems like its was supposed to end but hasnt?

The season is supposed to end when announced by Blizzard (usually a blue post on the forum and a post in News).

FYI:

When asked on Twitter this question - “is D3 still getting seasons?”, PezRadar (Community Manager for Diablo) replied:
“Yep. We are a couple weeks out from talking dates/times of the next one still.”
