Like tittle say. Why new sets if Blizzard can’t buff old ones?

My favorite char is necro and Inarius build (no powerranger transformation like Hulk Hogan, Ninja with horns etc…). But it’s very very hard pass GR70 with it.

Now, we have a very nice strong and fast set. The Carnival (but ofc… i have to transform in michelin pet with this “#$#”$% armor)! and 99% of all others builds need Land of the Dead with 2minutes cooldown… it’s only fun, if u do fast rifts, but if u wanna play the game more slow… it’s impossible cuz its not funny.

So… Why new sets if Blizzard can’t buff old ones?!

Have some patience. They’ve stated very clearly that they’ll look into other sets and builds once the new sets are out. Just look at patch 2.6.10 changes, while there aren’t much, there still are some changes to old sets and builds. And more are coming in future patches.
