That patch notes article is from 21st October 2025, you wrote your post in 1st November 2025….

Sometimes they do small technical adjustments or updates, that dont relate to gameplay, but rather the technical end of things. Could be about login servers, server stability, account security, whatever non-game related stuff going on on their end. They dont release patch notes for that sort of things. If it doesn’t concern players, there is no need to inform players.
