OLD: Upon collecting Crackling Energy, there’s a 15% chance to release a lightning nova, dealing [180 - 360] Lightning damage, increased by 120% for every 100 Intelligence you have.
NEW: Upon collecting Crackling Energy, there’s a 45% chance to release a lightning nova, dealing [180 - 360] Lightning damage, increased by 130% for every 100 Intelligence you have.
