What the title says. Used a couple of incenses while doing legion and boss events with plenty of people around me. The affected players confirm they get the buff and I can see a shimmer around their models. The achievement’s counter however is stuck at 0/100.

Same issue here, I tried doing it in a dungeon, nightmare dungeon, world boss and legion event. nothing.
