[BUG] Frost Nova CDR is not working (Supreme Deep Freeze and Frostblitz Aspect)

If you use Frostblitz Aspect and Supreme Deep Freeze modifier, the ending of Deep Freeze won’t reduce the CD of your Frost Nova skill anymore. Please fix this bug. Thanks!
