Hi,
I’m unable to unlock the Infernal Hordes activity because the priority quest “The Eyes of the Enemy” never appears in my quest log, so I can’t obtain an Infernal Compass.
My setup:
- Base game only (no Vessel of Hatred / Lord of Hatred expansion)
- Season 14 (Death Awakening), Seasonal realm
- Currently on Torment 1 (formerly World Tier 3)
- Campaign was skipped at character creation (seasonal character)
- Character is level 60+ and into Paragon
The quest simply does not show up as a white/priority quest, and no Infernal Compass has been granted.
Steps I’ve already tried without success:
- Fully closed the game to desktop and relaunched
- Lowered the difficulty to Penitent, then set it back to Torment 1
- Traveled on foot to Zarbinzet in Hawezar and checked the town plaza / chapel area
- Checked the Priority Quests tab in the journal
- Tried while solo (not in a party)
Important detail: a friend of mine on a separate account is experiencing the exact same issue — also base game only, same season, and “The Eyes of the Enemy” does not appear for them either.
