I either encountered bug or the game confused the hell out of me. While running the nightmare dungeon I got the Unique item helm drop (beam and sound) but when I was sorting my inventory the helm turned to be legendary. Same picture as my Vasily’s Prayer but it says Earthguard Runic Skullcap. I am really confused. Then instead of upgrade to my headpiece it seems I got the trash helmet.
