Bloodless Scream - Unique Two-Handed Scythe. Darkness skills chill enemies upto 40%.
I’ve tested this and this does not work. As blighted corpse explosion is a darkness skill the Bloodless Scream modifier should enable the skill to chill enemies, it does not.
