Class caracter size obese Druid?

Hating on the looks is more disgusting IMO. Druids look their part - big. muscled, native. If you hate the looks so much maybe go and play a different class.

I really wanted this as my main class but the body type I can get over it.

I also hated it back when Diablo classes were locked in as either male or female. This just feels like an extension of that kind of appearance lock.

For me it’s not a big deal, but it does feel a bit less fun when you can’t set up some customisations on your character.

Indeed. Why cant we customize our body shape? i dont want to play a game that i have to be a chubby guy.

If you can make druid sexy, i might consider playing it even with their low level under performance skills.

Also i would like to be able to pick my character voice as well…

Just to let people know that apparently this is being reacted to by Blizzard, and how:

There was a giant thread about this on the US forums today called " Why doesnt my female Necromancer have any breasts whatsoever?" which was overhelmingly pro ā€œgive us at least a shape sliderā€.

Now the US forum moderation is selectively deleting all the arguments and banning accounts for ā€œtrollingā€, mine included, while letting all the typical vitriol about insecure males blabla stand. The thread is now half as long as it was hours ago and is made to look like ā€œof course players are very supportive of our causeā€.

This is called manufacturing consent.

Great look Blizzard.

if you followed development at all you would of been privy to this - but here we are…at casual city. complaining that you don’t get something that you we’re never really interested in (the process of) in the first place…how the turntables.

Casuals are bulky of the consumers, you dont please casuasl you have less money in your poket

generic statement that isnt specifically applicable here - casuals should never decide the direction of a game - thats how you lose direction and come out with something even more lackluster - ever asked yourself why casuals aren’t invited to the private play tests? There’s a balance that should be considered - but catering to casuals ISN’T it.

Gee, superficial much? What is it to you if the druid is a big fella? Play another class if you want to see an avatar that’s more like you then. And if you’re set on playing a druid, then deal with it. I don’t hear people complain they don’t wanna play a stereotypical Italian plumber when a new Mario game is released because that’s just the way Mario is. So, this is the way the D4 druid is. Also, the D2 druid wasn’t exactly a body builder either, so this is simply consistent.

yeah theres a super healthy fit druid in diablo 2, then when i created a fat druid on d4… doesnt feel right, im a bodybuilder extremely fit and playin a fat druid doesnt fit me, should add slim option in character customize for druid

I guess you don’t spend any time on twitter.

My exact thought. They are there for ā€˜diversity.’ Same reason they added fat humans with the Kul’Tiran in Wow, who look even more ridiculous.

Druid model is the best model! All these hair on his back! Fimaly someone i can identify with!

On a more serious note… I don’t give a rats ass about the look of the models because if you don’t stand in town and zoom in you mostly see very little of them.

I agree. Druids look a bit like that ā€œGET IN MAH BELLEH!ā€ guy from that one movie I forgot the name about.

Also, I think some people would probably be happy do pick their ā€œbuffnessā€ on a Barbarian too.

I think you fail to realize how old those games are, Its 2023, we expect more.

Same as the clowns comparing early difficulty of d1 and d2 to D4.

Diablo must always have… room for improvement LOL!

Yeah for sure, and it will get much better in seasons and expansions, i can fully see them adding a lot more customizations for characters in season 2 and beyond!

I would really like a thinner model of Barbarian, hes way too jacked and im not a fan, I prefer a lean ripped body type for my warriors.

My girlfriend wants a sorceress the size of druid, which is fine too, lol.
