I came back after a few month, and now it’s almost impossible to play due to constant disconnection.
5 minutes of game and the game freeze.
It’s not the PC, it’s not the internet connection… I play other games without having this issue… except Heroes of the Storm (but it doesn’t happen as much).
Did I miss anything ? Is it a server issue ?

Same problem here, I even tried Diablo III, and the same problem occurs. After 4 or 5 mins of play, «You’ve been disconnected from the server»
Any answers, Blizzard ? Because it really feels like a doozy to have paid for a video game that I can hardly play.
Same here, mouse lags a bit and then freeze. Every ~5 minutes. So I need to reset PC
I’m afraid the game is getting more and more heavier in graphics with each new add-on for which you need a good videocard. Don’t know what videocard you guys are using but u need at least an RTX 4070 or better 4080 nowadays. Also CPU and memory are important.
Blizzard, this is preposterous.
We paid quite the large amount for a digital copy of a game and I cannot legit play it. I got it fixed from any malware and got everything updated, and I still get kicked out of the game every 5 minutes.
Are you going to answer to this post ? Trying to show some interest to people that spent money in your games ?
Same issue here too. Its normally when i teleport, open skills or inventory or get dismounted the game freezes and i have to restart it. in hell tides this often means i have lost half my cinders which is often in the 3 - 400 plus.
