Am I reading correctly, that you have to buy Diablo IV for one of those platforms in order to be able to get the items? What if I bought it directly from the Blizzard store, does that count or not?
The promotion is available on all platforms, including battle.net. The section you are quoting is just to ensure that people who choose to buy VoH outside of battle.net have connected their accounts, to meet the promotion requirements.
Note that the rewards will be delivered on January 13th, so if you wonder why you havent recieved the rewards yet, dont worry.
That said, i must say, i question their choise of promotion rewards. A lot of people already have the Amalgam of rage mount as it was part of a previous D4 promotion.
The Invinvible mount has been available on the D4 shop for months, and some people might already have paid money for that aswell.

Good afternoon, could someone explain to me how to do something about cosmetics because I always do it the first time, but I do exactly what Blizzard says and nothing, I have the 2 games that I already bought before their release, I play both quite a bit and on top of that I already have the battle net account linked to steam, but nothing appears in the gifts section or when logging into the games, or anywhere, I don’t understand it.
If you read the full aticle, it states that the rewards will be granted on January 13th.
Thank you for your reply. That should clear my doubts. I am also aware that the rewards will be available from the 13th of January onwards.
