As described in the title, I killed echo of Lilith in Torment and I got the title and achievement but it didn’t give me the mount. I tried to reload and check if it was in the stash but it was not.
I even posted a ticket but got no useful response at all. The GM suggested I post the issue here to be addresed by the developers. Therefore, that is the main purpose of this thread in the forum.
This happened to me as well yesterday. I got the achievement but her shadow ability triggered killed me after the fight was over. The mount should really be rewarded through the achievement. I spent over 20 hours grinding and I do not wan’t to go through it again.
I had the same issue as well. After spending countless hours on taking her down, once I finally did nothing dropped what so ever -,- It was a bittersweet moment seeing the achievements pop up, yet, no rewards what so ever 
Same issue with post kill death. I killed her, but her “clone” still managed to kill me. Got to achievement, but the area reset as it counted as failed. Is this working as intented?
