I found the rare “Trace of Echoes” while playing Seasonal SSF on PC. I accepted the quest “The Resounding Scream” and interacted with the Sightless Eye in Temis. The Eye disappeared, but no portal to Echoing Hatred opened. The quest is still active and says that it leads to Echoing Hatred, but the Sightless Eye is gone and there is no interaction available. I completely restarted Diablo IV, switched to another character and then switched back to my Rogue. The problem remains. Character class: Rogue Mode: Seasonal SSF Platform: PC Torment tier: 10 Please reset the quest interaction, restore the Trace of Echoes, or unlock the encounter. This item is extremely rare, so losing access because the portal failed to open is very frustrating.
