Please address the fact that the game is Bricking 3080TIs. I would love to know who is responsible to replace my $1500 video card…
A few days after buying the game (& even before I could download the beta), I upgraded my Nvidia driver to 531.18 & it worked very fine with my GTX 1660.
Make sure to upgrade it as well (from Nvidia official site or maybe via Microsoft tool such as Microsoft Update / optional drivers or Microsoft Store, if any offers a driver upgrade) if you haven’t yet.
I got AMD radeon r9 200 series, released in 2013 and that was supposedly enough. But it still gives me the same error message as TS described. Graphic drivers not up to date. However, they are up to date, but the launcher says it isn’t.
The newest driver for the R9 200 Series seems to be from 2022. Have you installed the one from the AMD website?
Using the link and updating through there gives me an error message saying that the installer detected a graphics card not supported by the update. Checking the supported graphics cards, mine is on the list… still won’t let me update. Fantastic! 
This would be best addressed by contacting AMD support if your card is supported by the driver and can’t be installed.
Tried another installer and managed to get it up to date but the same message as before, when trying to start Diablo, shows up. It’s still complaining about driver not being up to date but my driver is now updated from AMD’s website to the absolute newest possible version.
Beta connection problem. The game is requesting to change the NVIDIA driver 466.47. I can’t do it because I have win 10 and this driver won’t install. I meet the requirements of the game.

474.14 drivers, updated now, newest i found, still doesnt find it.
Tried the -bypassgpudrivercheck, did not help either
e: to clarify, i can play, since i have intel cpu with integrated gpu, but game does not see the gtx 760 gpu. Hence the performance is painful.
Even on Intel UHD620 Diablo 4 started. (FPS 20) I5, 8th generation, laptop. Why doesn’t it run on GTX660m? The processor has the latest drivers. IMHO - it’s a matter of checking the drivers with the game.
I have the same issue with my GTX870m.
It is ridiculous, for the GTX 660 you can download the driver version 474.14 and for my 870M only the version 425.31.
Nvidia has earlier stopped the driver development for a newer GPU (870m) compared to the older GPU GTX660.

I would assume whoever provides the warranty with your card. if it was a game issue it would be more models and series affected. Clearly a mass manufacturing defect on those partners model the game has highlighted.
Keep in mind the 3080Ti’s were manufactured and sold slap bang in the middle of a global component shortage with no parts coming out of Japan, therefore some nVidia partners used cheaper, more unreliable and easier to source materials to get cards built and out the door with the massive demand for GPU’s at the time.
You might not want to hear it buy your 3080 Ti, although sold at a premium was built using 2nd and 3rd rate components and capacitors than it’s predecessors due the the component market at the time so contact the manufacturer and demand a more recently built card of the model.
