it says 63 minutes last 20 minutes…
Hello I’m trying to login on PC . Queued start from 11 minutes and now I’m on 26 and counting up??
I can describe it more fully.
Was in game, porting to town and moving from it to main story quest.
What happend - got a lag (i always getting a lag in city borders, i believe you have some kind of mirrors\server for towns and combats zone separatelly), after that lag i was moving really fast for a second. And suddenly got kicked to characters lobby with my hero seems alive (playing hardcore).
Whan i tried to login back to the game got a message “your account is blocked, please restart the game” or similar, didn’t check. So i did restart the game client and since then i have same issue with 50min queue.
I guess there some kind of anticheat, or just code that is blocking people for lags?

I’m playing on PC, Win11. Tried several restarts - still in a 50 min queue, going up and down.
Confirmed from other forums:
When the account is connected to PSN the infinite queue starts. People are solving this (so some extent) by linking new accounts.
For myself, the only difference between me and my friends is a PSN link. When my friends log into my account they get the queue, but they don’t with their own accounts.
I tried breaking the link to PSN but unfortunately this did not solve the problem (might take some time to update?).
Will try linking with other accounts and see if that works…

im on pc. still getting 35 mins queue its not psn or account problem
Just checked mine and there is a 365 day cool-down when you disconnect your PSN from Battle.net before you can add another! Not going down that route
before charactrer selection. I have been in que for over three hours… great

I have the same, logs into the game and 37 minutes of waiting and growing
This game absolutely not to deserve to play. Path of Exile is far better than this garbage… I don’t know what to say really. That server slam was complete fiasco…All of these are a big lie…
Hey Blizzard, we can hire some support guy to fix this. How is that sound ?

I have been waiting for three hours to get in and the quee still shows 20 mins… I am done with this. Does anyone know if it is possible to get a refund ? Seems unfair to ask the consumer to pay such a high price for a product that is unplayable

I have been stuck in que for 2 hours and the counter never change it says 48 min left, and my friend logged in with no problem passing the que and has played for 2 hours. Thanks Blizzard!!!
just restart this login server!

My friend logged in when I was stuck in que and he was instantly playing and now he has played for two hours and still it says in que for me 48 min, does not help to restart the game. Perhaps the problem only occurs for we who have payed får the most expensive version? Thanks… no playing for me it seems…
I just got in now guys, think its fixed!
Nope same problem, it seems some people can pass the que and some is stuck in limbo…
