Insane rubber banding / straight up lag on a Dance of Knives rogue. As mentioned in the title.
Check and monitored the router, the connection from the pc to the router, etc. It all seems fine. It’s only a problem with D4 and makes it unplayable at times, it goes from just fine to totally unplayable, sometimes when zoning into a dungeon or a town, sometimes mid dungeon, and takes minutes to go away.
It’s never been an issue up to the recent patch.
i hade the same problem i fix it just try this
options>gameplay>scroll down to combat text options> uncheck normal damage
you can uncheck fortified buff,def action, cc effect and buff if you want its useless
I am noticing this when I dash recently. Maybe since last patch. Very scary on hardcore.
I am playing the barbarian and the network lags are present while playing with whirlwind skill, when using other, like death blow, the game is fluent. So the whirlwind skill with all the bonuses is maybe creating higher network traffic with servers and it is causing these lags.
I’m having the same problem. Two days ago the game became completely unplayable due to lag, freezes and rubberbanding. My Internet connection and speed are the same as always and all other games work fine. I tried every tip I could find online but no solution. It’s a shame bc I just bought this game last month and haven’t even gotten a chance to finish it
