Not sure if it’s a related issue, but I’ve noticed that on restart the game also forgets that I’ve already viewed my acquired cosmetics for the season (e.g., portal, mount, and weapon skins, etc.). I have to re-view and mouse over them again to get the notifications to go away on every startup.
