i’m in EU nordic, getting code 34203 while logging in to my servers. but if i’m using a VPN to NA then i can log in without problems. i’m also noticing that other EU members can play, it’s just seems like the server i’m connecting to, won’t allow me to join.
sure i can play it like that, but since i’m trying to stream it to friends, it’s impossible.
and i feel like, i shouldn’t have to use a vpn, and now not being able to hit 25 before the World Boss event 
meaning i have to wait another week to be able to to it during open beta

10 hours - still 34203 !!! this is ridiculous!
How long do i have to try to log in? 10 - 12 - 24 hours??? !!! WTF!!!

Same here also getting 34203, unable to get passed it. Played for a long time yesterday but unable to to login whatever i do.
Same here as I said somewhere else I do not mind a error - but I do mind 0 updates on this one. I have tried pretty much all things mentioned above. I wanted to use fiddler or wireshark to capture the data to the Diablo servers to find out what is error-ing out but no progress so far
Same error here. We should ask Blizzard about it… I use PlayStation 5 and i cannot use wireshark etc
Bonjour, le principe d’une beta test me semble est de tester le jeu non ? Elle sert à rien du tout votre beta test pour l’instant. On commande la version ultime pour pouvoir principalement tâter le jeu et au final on peut pas. Si ça continue faudra songer à une compensation pour les joueurs car pour prendre le fric vous êtes présents mais pour une stabilité il n’y a pas grand monde. Je joue sur PS5. J’ose même pas penser au week-end d’après quand il y aura encore + de joueurs mdr. Par contre du peu que j’ai pu jouer le jeu à l’air pas mal. Bonne journée.

Yep, VPN is working, so it means they are limiting access for some of the regions. Hey Blizzard, we did pay same price that people that can play right now.

I’m using the NordVPN app (#ad) on my PC to VPN to New York servers and I was able to instantly login. I also restarted Battle.net after starting the VPN, not sure if that changes anything but yeah
I really doubt they are limiting access to the game, that’s what server caps and queues are for. It’s likely some issue that has caused an account problem to that region when you’re trying to log in; maybe it still thinks you’re logged in so it’s refusing your connection due to a bug that doesn’t un-flag your account as “not playing” when you exit, who knows.
I can’t log into my own account to play as I get the error, but my partner can log into their account and get into the game immediately with no issues whatsoever. This is using the same PC, same internet connection, same Diablo 4 installation folder, etc. Other people in this thread are seeing the same thing when they have multiple accounts. So, it must be related to the account itself.
Also, the error is generic. It’s basically saying “you can’t log in”. Some of us in here are likely getting the error for different reasons.

They track ur location for blocking ur account connexion, the vpn strat work.

Also ich finde für ein Unternehmen wie Blizzard solche Leistung zu bieten ist sehr fragwürdig und das traurige seid 20st. besteht der Fehlercode und es hat noch kein einziger Mitarbeiter geschafft uns hier eine Antwort zu geben die Vermutungen das sie einige Leute aussperren um ihre Server stabil zu halten ist nicht mal so verkehrt nur wie möchte man das Beweissen in diesen sinne danke blizz das du mein Geld nimmst und mir dafür keine Leistung bringst ich hoffe auf das beste und bin aufs schlimmste gefasst

At 9 am a frind came online and was able to login within a minute… (we’re both on PC).
Yep same here Trying to log since 9 and still code 34203. My friend just woke up hour ago and is ejoying game already.
