Do their sibling/partner have the same version? I think this is a Ultimate + Outside US combo problem.
Yes, it works. She can join my party.
Same with me - tried with my brother. I can log in with his credentials, but I cannot with mine and the same with him, he can play with his own, but cannot with mine.
You two have the same game edition?
Same here. My account is borked with 34203. My son’s account is fine.
Yes, both of us Ultimate Edition.
Hmmm okay then. It’s not a Ultimate problem…
I have the normal edition playing(or trying to…) on Brazil and have the same error
with a VPN i come in, after this error. But not with my own connection… immediately 34203.
Also getting 34203 on xbox series x, ultimate edition. One of my friends has also the ultimate edition and can login, so it’s an account issue. Compensation Blizzard for the ones that payed premium for nothing???
So it seems, Blizzard randomly banned some Accounts from participating in the Beta. My wife had the same issue and now it works fine with VPN (server: US-East). Her Account doesn’t work on my computer (Error 34203), while my account works perfectly fine both on my and her computer. We have both the ultimate-version and play from the same IP. It’s definitely an account issue (accounts are “flaged/banned”).
@Blizzard: Please fix this, because it’s unfair that some player can’t play at all.
What VPN u’re using?
I wonder if anyone else here has started getting this issue after gifting someone else the game?
I was able to play with no issues yesterday, sometime during midnight I gifted the game to a friend and went offline 2 hours later. The following morning I couldn’t log in whatsoever due to the error.
It’s probably just a coincidence, but have y’all gifted someone the game or bought something off the store before getting this error?
I have not gifted the game and have the same issue.
Ah fair, just a coincidence then.
It’s just something to do with the account. Unfortunately I doubt any attempts our end to fix it will work other than using a VPN to log into another region. It’s likely a flag on Blizzard’s end that is stopping one account and not another for logging on in the region that it got busted on (i.e., if you got “broken” on EU, you can’t log in EU but you can log in US, and vice versa), or it’s a file on the PC/console that is doing the same thing and isn’t removed when you reinstall the game.
From the logs below, it’s like the game on a dodgy account won’t send a “CUserProxy” request which looks like it blocks the log-in attempt. No idea what it is.
Logging in using a working account:
[Online.Systems.CUserProxy] Attempting to find and connect to user proxy | client_user_id: 0
[Online.Systems.CUserProxy] _OnQueueEntryAdded | client_user_id: 0
[Online.Systems.CUserProxy] _OnQueueEntryRemoved | client_user_id: 0
[Online.Systems.CUserProxy] Found user proxy
[Online.Systems.CUserProxy] connected
Account where you can’t login:
[Online.Systems.CUserProxy] Attempting to find and connect to user proxy | client_user_id: 0
[BgsClient] ProcessClientRequest RPC failed | bgs_error_code: 34203
[Online.Systems.CUserProxy] Failed to send find user proxy request via BGS | bgs_error_code: 34203
[Online.Systems.CAuthSession] Failed to connect to userProxy
@Dresiaron Any status update?
I am also getting this error, got to play maybe an hour yesterday before the game crashed and I could not be bothered with 2hour queues, try to log in today and I get the error code every single time
This is because with VPN they log in to US servers, not EU
Same thing here. Windows 11 and yesterday I was playing with no problem, then I applied the update and today I have 34203
