I have amulet and rings with malignant hearts. I decided to change them to new hearts and it worked for about 30 minutes, then all of a sudden the original hearts where back and ofcourse the hearts I used for replacement where not to be found in my inventory or stash.
Logged back in today, still the original hearts and my better replacement hearts is nowhere to be found
