I plaied New World from the start and quit. Game was not finished. Still I think it had more content than Diablo 4.

If you think you can bully powerful company with talented people with use of meaningless 1/10 reviews written by annoying, screaming, frustrated individuals who cannot faceroll any more, you are mistaken.
Just look at those Metacritic reviews. They are hilarious and uncredible at the same time and literally provide no value at all. Their only purpose is to drive score down. “Scream as loud as you can” tactic by people who think they can get what they want by hitting the floor as hard as they can to make the statement. I bet management is laughing at you and not taking seriously at all. I thought Western people were intelligent and had some pride.

If I advertise a great job, request to be paid a significant amount of money but present a piece of garbage full of bugs, connection problems/lag, and completely unbalanced, I will accept it, but honest people do not deceive others.
Do you really provide service in life that is comparable to what Blizzard is doing? Is your work really top notch?
I am not saying you are not. If you are employed whatever you do is important, but I think deploying game this complex onto private devices to consumers like us is very impressive. I can deal with some disruption sometimes. And I honestly enjoy the title.

Everything is relative to some extent. Making video games is indeed complex, like many other jobs, but that is not an excuse to do them poorly. What excuse does a surgeon have for doing a poor job? Is it because it’s complex? Well, we could attribute it to a bad day for an individual, but in the development of Diablo 4, involving 9000 people implies a chain of significant incompetence. Their job is to make it work well, just like many other companies do. It’s easy to understand.
