i did multiple nightmare dungeons but i still cant craft nightmare sigils, i looked it up and it says the quest to unlock that is supposed to be unlocked and added automatically after completing the first nightmare dungeon which i completed atleast 4, not sure how to progress in the game now.
I am having the same issue 
any way to get it fixed?
UPD: I was playing different random sigils and in the end when I used the biggest tier I got the quest. The issue is solved now. I hope it will help you as well.
