No tier skips and no ability to craft or salvage sigils

Hi, I bought the premium battle pass, but didn’t recieve the tierskips?

Also I cannot salvage or craft sigils, yet I am lvl 56?

To unlock sigil crafting you need to complete a level 3 or higher NMD.

And what about my tier skips?
