Go to Blizzarz launcer>Settings>Game settings>Language output>Set to english
Now you have voice output

Yeah, did the same. Sadly the text language switches to english aswell by doing this.
But better everything in english than having no voice over. (btw. imo the voice audio is very good in D4, liked it a lot)
