I purchased Diablo® IV: Lord of Hatred™ - Standard Edition. I want to upgrade to Diablo® IV: Lord of Hatred™ - Ultimate Edition. However, it doesn’t work.
Even though I already bought the base version, there is no discount. It asks for the full price again, as if I never purchased it.
It should reduce the price of the Diablo® IV: Lord of Hatred™ - Standard Edition and offer me an upgrade by charging only the difference. Why is this not happening?
Why am I being asked to pay the full price again for Diablo® IV: Lord of Hatred™ - Ultimate Edition? There is clearly an issue.

I just had an email saying I wont get a discount and have to pay the full price,I also sent another email incase they misunderstood my first email and waiting to see if the response is the same but surely we don’t have to pay another £79.99 for an upgrade?
Same for me i own standard edition and the PS5 store stil does not show that i did buy it there is no lower price update possible if sony does not confirm in there store that you own the standard version you can upgrade in the in game store but bekous sony does stil not confirm that i own the standard version i can only upgrade for full price i hope that sony fixes this soon i want to upgrade i em not going to pay €89,99 i wil only pay the extra €50,00 left
Give up on this one guys, blizzard and PlayStation refuse to acknowledge this bug and just blame each other, we basically got scammed on buying the lords of hatred and vessel combo and now they want us to pay another £79.99 for the upgrade, common sense tells them it’s wrong but they just act stupid.If anyone else has any luck please let us know
