Resplendent Spark missing from Season SODA Resplendent Cache

I reached the maximum rank on the SODA Reputation Board and received the Resplendent Cache as the final reward.

I opened the cache, but the Resplendent Spark was not added to my account. The Blacksmith currently shows 0 Resplendent Sparks.

I have already completely restarted the game and checked my materials, but the Spark is still missing.

Could you please check my account and restore the missing Resplendent Spark?
