First of all it’s hard to even find the preorder page, but whatever. I get this error if I attempt to prepurchase. Any addition gives this error.

I just logged in and got the prompt in game to purchase. Same error!

yeh its like this for many, same error. good thing new poe2 patch is tomorrow, atleast they deliver on the hypes, not just hype and fail.
Same error in not so many specific words, on Steam. It thinks I don’t own the base game or Vessel of Hatred so thinks I’m not eligible and I cant proceed with purchase. Still makes no sense as the expac comes with the base game and Vessel of Hatred so no matter how you cut it it’s WTF???

I created the seasonal character and was then able to make the purchase.
It worked finally. Playing Pally now. Give it time /try again if you experience this.
Been 7hours. Still can’t see gifts. When is this getting fixed ?!
I get the same error. Here I was, thinking it been solved once I got home.
Edit: Ok it worked when I logged into the game and purchased it there instead of the battle.net app.
I have a similar issue, I am not eligible to purchase the lord of hatred upgrade to either higher version. I have already purchased the standard edition and wanna upgrade it now, but can’t. I’ve been trying for 3 days and still same error. Standard payments seem to work fine (plat) - the pop-up of choosing the method of payments is there. In the case of LoH Edition Upgrade the error shows before the mentioned pop-up.
There are no problems on Steam.
Still not fixed ;)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
