And when thematic powers will end, what will ye do? Season of ducks and their powers?

i’m hoping updated lair bosses is something.

It does worry me that blizzard have settled into seasons that are just different ways of getting temporary powers.
I really had high hopes that they would be more imaginative with seasons than that.
I’m not asking for POE level of seasons every season, but occasionally something more interesting that might find it’s way into the base game (or expansion) in some way, would be good.
Some of D3s seasons were more interesting than D4s.

gotta say i love how the roadmap looks. i’m not too sure it’s fat enough but… damn, they really can suck you in; can’t they. Burning… u don’t know what was there, there’s something magnificent coming!!!
mysterious, psyched.
cheap? no… excellently crafted.
good? could be, i know i’ll look now.

i mean, i’m hype about the aesthetics of the roadmap; not really the roadmap itself.
so even if i might seem enthusiastic and reveling, i am actually just admiring the art of the advert.

Imho, paying again for another expansion is crazy…

yes, perhaps.
you’re in, therefore you will pay the cost of the expansion OR:
I was 3000+ hours d3, but i was dissatisfied and when the necro expansion hit i was repelled and never bought it, stopped playing because of the expansion. I refused to pay for a solution, I was fed up and an additional cost buried the game for me. That should apply to others too, the question would just always be to how many.

I believe that it is sound asking payment for big improvement and continued work, but I also believe that we are always presented with a giant overprice, as long as it works we will keep overpaying as ethics isn’t very profitable if you disregard the goodwill it generates.
And, finally, I believe that things are getting better. Balance must be struck between profit and spending; ways of generosity must be found to remain competitive in the long run, I believe. But that’s like 100y off… so perhaps it’s whatever… i’m just saying i believe the grand trend to be seeking goodwill and fair agreement, no matter how small or large. And I believe that because that is what causes the least amount of friction, being the most efficient way.

Why pay more if cosmetics sell in the game? I am not against the initial contribution- support, but to pay further, when the Last Epoch with Poe can give much more and for free …

That is the point of seasons. Temporary powers. ie, 3 months.

Duh
