Hi, unfortunately, the game often lags and I can’t play, especially in the afternoon when there are a lot of people online..
I’ve done some research, and the problem mostly happens to those with TIM (an Italian internet network) and playing on consoles.. It seems like this doesn’t happen to others..
It’s not a network issue.. I can play all my other games (Cod, Battlefield, Aphex, Fortnite, etc.) without any problems..
I have a 2500 MB connection, and on PS5, I get a speed test of 920 MB and a ping of 4 ms..
I also tried restarting the modem and redownloading the game, but the problem is Diablo..
Could you fix the servers and fix this problem? It’s been happening for years now..
I understand that it’s a problem that only a few people have, but we paid for the game and the DLC like everyone else..
