I needed to create a seasonal character, it wouldn’t allow me otherwise:
“You are not eligible to purchase Lord of Hatred expansion.”
it said, or something similar.
But after having created the seasonal character I was allowed.
Not good, cause the player is greeted with this and the first character many want to create will of course be the paladin.
I’ve tried everything there is to try including logging in and using in game prompt to purchase. “ not eligible”.
