Unable to Equip Mythic Unique Tal Rasha’s Iridescent Loop

I’m playing a Sorcerer, but I’m unable to equip the Mythic Unique Tal Rasha’s Iridescent Loop. Whenever I try to equip it, I receive the following message:

“You cannot equip more than one of this item.”

However, I do not currently have another Tal Rasha’s Iridescent Loop equipped. I have also checked my other equipped items, but I cannot identify what is causing the restriction.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there another item that conflicts with Tal Rasha’s Iridescent Loop, or is this a bug?

I’m having the same issue with Tuskhelm of Joritz the mighty (Ancestral Mythic Unique Helm).

it’s like the only thing I cant equip, even if I take off everything and put it in a chest, so I think this bug is effecting afew other things.

did you by chance roll your ring through the horadric cube’s craft mythic? because I assume this is causing the issue.
