Unable to load Reliquaries and Shop Tab

Hello,

I wanted to let you know that I have two problems with Diablo 4 in the last few days (I haven’t played for a while before)
The tabs for the reliquaried and shop do not load. The rest of the game works so far, haven’t had any major problems for Season 8.
I’m less interested in the store, so I certainly won’t be spending any money :wink:
But the fact that I can’t use the reliquaries annoys me.
Here are the exact sentences for each tab
Reliquaries:
Unable to load Reliquaries at this time
Shop:
Tejal encountered an error and is unable to make offers at this time

I hope you find some approaches here

Hey. Having the same issue in both the reliquaries and shop. Been like this for days. I tried deleting and re-adding payment, updating password, repairing the game, etc. Were you able to get it fixed? Edit: my issues are on PC.

I am having the same issue on Xbox series S. They sometimes load but more often not. I would like to access the anniversary reliquary.
