Hello. I am lvl 80 Necro and I can say I already looted all unique for Necro more than once. The one I need for my spec I have it four times. The first at lvl 60.
Of course you need to play and do quests and dungeons if you want them. As all games.
I am in level 75 and playing only dungeons doing allmoust every quests. I play tier 3 and tier 4 I got all other uniques but not that edited by moderation ring of mendeln. Itâs hard to play tier 4
nightmare dungeons without it.
I canât remember where, but I think it was one of the last looted and maybe from a lvl 26 NMD, but not shure. Sorry.

Boys, there is one big difference between Blizz and GGG.
When Blizz make a game they sell for a good price. They are part of MS, so they donât have to do anything for the game after publication. They get they payment anyway.
When GGG makes a game it is free, so they have to make money some other way. They must keep players happy to earn money. They listen us much better and let us make very good builds. One reason for this is guite good trading system. Blizz thinks that we are playing years to get good build, but I think they are very frong. I have notice that, when I play Wold Bosses or Gathering Legion, there are much less players than before. Level 100 players are almost all gone or they all in Season. But anyway, in this way the Diablo 4 live gona be very short. I hope Blizz notice, that they must do sameting and soon. Good trading will pring new live to Game. Waiting for better times, I play PoE for a while and support so they can publish PoE 2.
I found about 10 uniques in 2 days, but not Mendeln. This is very funny game. Blizz tell me if you remove the ring, so I can finish this build and start to do someting useful.
Picked up about 5 mendeln rings but not one single lidless wall 
Activision Blizzard is not a part of MS⊠Perhaps in two months. And the GGG game, without some microtransaction for stash, good luck to play âfreelyâ !

I feel you, OP. In the exact same spot, lvl 90 got every drop beyond mendeln. Im collecting bonespear at the same time though, and instead rocking a rather complete build for that. Its abit of an intellectual hassle to coölect both but bonespear keeps me high in rifts. Switching when i get mendeln.
Playing a game is now a labor camp. lol
