Hotfix patch 24.2.2 brings balance updates to Standard, Battlegrounds, and Duels.
Despite how much I do not want to say I am surprised that you demonstrate any intellect and all the adjustments are proper. Not the usual lazy way you do things.

TRUE! They must have nerfed Sire for sure (not the battlecry but the infusion part) since most spammable classes (90% of the game except priest) trigger it very easily. and use it as an alternative win condition.
The other one they missed is Theodar the mad duke. The nerf for Theodar shall be to pick a card from your opponent, and give it a RANDOM one from your hand. In that case, you shall be more considerable when you use it.
I dont know how they missed those two.
